Last night Darrian had his first bubble bath. He tried driving at the bubble to eat them. I think he enjoyed himself.
Today he awoke about 8:25. Started to cry, but calmed down as I took him in the bathroom to wake him up. I sat my son down in his walker. He was a little cranky, but I had to mix this boys food. Made a bottle, and mixed up some oatmeal.
I sat him down in the Bumbo. He ate a few bites of the oatmeal, but was more interested in the toy bin beside him. I finally gave up after 5 minutes of not opening the mouth. When I went to clean him up, he got pretty pissed.
Then I changed his diaper and clothes. I now sit him up to change his shirt. Much better, and he's more distracted. When he was ready, it was off to pay the electric bill.
I carried his stroller and him down the steps and set it up. He got happy right away. He enjoyed the walk there. I did my best to keep the sun off of him.
We got back and I ate my breakfast and watched Dr. Who while he played. The playing didn't last too long until fussiness too over. He finally wanted his bottle and took a nap a little after 10.
According to his mother, Darrian was cranky most of the day because of his teeth. While walking through town, he threw his giraffe toy out of his stroller. This is one of my son's favorite toys.
When I got home, I saw a smiling little boy with a lollipop in his mouth. Then later on the candy fell off the stick and was in his mouth. At first we though he might have swallowed it. Thank god we noticed it and took it out before he choked.
Because of the lolly, he got candy juice in his hair. This made his hair sticky, thus he had to get another bath.
He went to bed with a bottle in his mouth. This was the first full bottle of Parent's Choice that I gave him.
Note: This message will always be on my top 5 recent post(or until I decide otherwise), it is subject to change a great deal, over and over, the way I see fit***
I use a T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009 for most of my post updates. I like using the computer, but I type fast and make less mistakes on my sidekick. With this mobile device I can also comment people anywhere at anytime. If I'm somewhere I don't want to be (like waiting in line), chances are I'll be reading my subscriptions and leaving comments.
Now that you know I use this site a lot, lets explain this site. This is MY site. I put whatever I feel I want on here. A LOT of this on here are not my own. Though I WILL go back and edit and give credit where I feel its needed. Most of the stuff is movie quotes and songs. Maybe a few interesting facts from other sites. Or Events. If you feel I may have stole from you I rather, take it down then have conflict. I generally don't steal from other bloggers, though.
However, there is also a great deal of stuff that IS my life. Like a journal. Well this is a journal. I will do my best not to offend anyone, and if I do I will most like take it down.
I was born in 1982! So if you are like 14, please don't be offended if I don't accept your friend requests or reply to, or even delete, your comments. I don't like doing that, but in today's society it is frowned upon older people talking to younger people. I will be nice, but probably won't talk to you in private. I'm a married man since August 15th, 2009. My son was born January 7th, 2010!
Also, Take in consideration that I can still be childish and like things like Legos and Naruto. I'm toying around with the xanga TV, and new layout. I may leave the camera faced outside or what no so I don't have to sit here. Plus I can be kind of boring. We'll see.
Lastly, I would like to say that my grammar is not the best. Not even my spelling. Not even my typing. I'll try and use a spell/grammar check as much as I can but there will be times where it may seem like I am uneducated in writing. Please feel free to correct me. Try not to insult me. Please be helpful. I graduated High School, yet I guess I forgot certain things. Or never learned them.
Update: I'm going to start using this as a journal for my son. Say what he did on a date, and whatnot.
When I was little I used to like eggs. Sometimes with ketchup. Then one day I just decided they looked gross. I think this was maybe 2 years old (my brother was born when I was almost 3, and this was before him). Now I'm 28 and still don't touch eggs.
As far back as can remember I been afraid of spiders. Not a phobia, just don't want them on me. I remember at 3-4 being afraid of one outside my house. But I also remember me and my (I was 8)childhood friend Mike catching a ton of insects, and spiders and putting them in this toy truck to duke it out. I caught a few spiders and wasn't afraid. Then I guess I went back to hating them.
I my share of bullies. The first, that I can remember, was a kid named Ian. He pushed me, punched, kicked...everything. I told my Dad about it and he got angry with me, saying I shouldn't let anyone do that to me and I should fight back.
I remember when I was 5, and in kindergarten, I took karate. I didn't really learn anything. One of the few moved I remember was taking my opponent down and elbowing them in the back. I was really scared one time when we were doing a training exercise and everyone was in line to jump over a spear that the sensei tried tripping us with(probably not very fast because we were like 5).
The sensei was nice. Had a dog named Twinky. It was yellow lab. I did one on one with him in training and kicked him in the balls. My little brother was always getting into trouble with him. Sometimes it was my fault. My mom once had a talk with him, I guess about me. While they were talking my brother and I played around in the spinning chair and kept laughing about a jock strap being on the floor. Afterward the sensei and my mom were done talking and he told the two of us that we were carrying on too much, and we didn't get a cookie. My mom got it instead. Another thing I remember with the sensei was that he once told us he lost all his teeth and showed us, and he had a full mouth. We didn't realize he was talking about his baby teeth.
After a couple of weeks, my father asked me if I wanted to continue. I said "no", because I was too lazy and wanted to play and be a kid.
